ETC network bloom filters are 2048-bit strings that encode transaction log information. Transaction logs are associated with smart contract addresses and topics. Transaction log topics denote identifiers and types of stored values. For example, transactions on the transfer of tokens include registration of the sending address, receiving address and the amount of transfer. This information is usually associated with a transaction log topic consisting of a Keccak hash 256
