The Japan Financial Services Agency (FSA) has published information on the number of companies that currently have shown interest in registering as cryptocurrency operators.
190 companies are going to enter the Japanese cryptocurrency market, in the previous August report their number was 30 less, reports News.bitcoin.
FSA does not include companies that have independently announced plans to launch cryptographic businesses. Among them, Line Corp, Yahoo! Japan, Money Forward Inc, Drecom Co. Ltd, Yamane Medical Corp., Adways Inc, Avex Inc, Daiwa Securities Group, Samurai & J Partners, Appbank Inc, I-Freek Mobile Inc, Forside Co. Ltd, and Fasteps Co. Ltd.
Now in Japan, 16 cryptocurrency exchanges are registered, but the FSA reports that in 2019 the number of platforms will increase.
