The French company Ledger, a provider of popular hardware crypto wallets, yesterday at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Lag Vegas, unveiled its new flagship device – Ledger Nano X.
Ledger Nano X added support for Bluetooth, which will allow users to connect to another new product, a mobile application called Ledger Live Mobile. With the help of the application, users will be able to check their balance, send and receive cryptocurrencies. The addition of the Bluetooth function was welcome news for hardware wallet lovers, as the previous model Ledger Nano S limited them to the use of laptops and desktops.
It is known that the Ledger Live Mobile mobile app will be available for download on iOS and Android on January 28th.
Representatives of Ledger said that the Nano X screen will be larger than that of the Nano S. The display has been enlarged to provide users with better visibility when using the device.
Also, the development team has increased the memory volume of the wallet, which is six times the size of the previous model and allows you to store up to 100 different crypto assets.
It is worth noting that today, the company Ledger has sold more than 1.3 million devices of the previous model Ledger Nano S.
